IA is an independent financial services company. Incorporated in 2001 its Directors have managed structured finance relationships across Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, Spain, Italy and CIS. With over 28 years of experience in the finance sector, more than 300,000 customer accounts managed over time by up to 140 staff, internationally the Directors hold a depth of knowledge in financial services.
IA operates a diverse platform of services across broad economic segments. The Directors have successfully traversed economic corrections since the 1980’s including the GFC in 2008 and are well positioned to deal with whatever challenge is presented looking forward. In 1996 Michael directed his attention to personal investments and retired from public practice.
Michael has also advised NYSE listed corporates, managed regular institutional and shareholder information programs domestically and abroad. He has also advised on the acquisition of vertical integration opportunities for these companies. He founded IA Group in 2001 as a finance company and has managed its growth and diversification, across 3 continents. He holds a B. Bus UTS, CA and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Alan then turned to the funds management and financial services world, joining Australia’s largest independently owned funds management business, as CEO. In Alan’s 6-year reign as CEO the funds under management grew from $900 million to $3.6 billion in an Australia-wide business, expanding through joint ventures in Australia and into the UK and South Africa.
Over this time he has had roles in sales, compliance, risk and credit and has directly overseen a number of large transactions for the Group. He has a broad range of experience in many industries and asset classes, as well as a thorough understanding of the Groups financial capabilities and funding platform.
Mathew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
He has a proven record in digital technology-based business innovation, developing and operating unique IT services and systems in a variety of industry sectors. Prior to being the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the International Acceptance Group, Mr Beltran has held various senior positions with Merivale, CBA, Westfield, IBM and EMC.
Ritchie has also consulted on other independent websites and mobile application development within the Financial Services sector.
Peter has been involved in numerous acquisitions for the International Acceptance Group and possesses indepth knowledge and experience in accounting , comprehensive financial reporting and system development.
Peter holds a Bachelor’s degree from Macquarie University, is CPA qualified and is currently undertaking a Masters qualification in Applied Finance.
